Transparent Conditions to Ensure Mutual Success and Trust

PAYMENTS

We are committed to transparency in our service pricing. The fees for our services are specified in your individual proposal and/or invoice, and these are the amounts you will be billed—no hidden costs. Payments must be completed by the due dates specified. If you wish to request additional services beyond those initially agreed upon, the associated extra costs will be clearly defined and added to your charges.

In instances of late payment, we may need to charge you for any administrative costs or loss of work incurred. All payments are to be made in United States dollars, and prices are listed exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Ownership of the final approved design, idea, or concept transfers to you upon final payment. All previous iterations remain the property of Accretion Digital LLC, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

TIMELINES

Project timelines depend significantly on your responsiveness and cooperation. While we strive to meet the estimated time frames, these are contingent upon your timely feedback and decision-making. A designated single point of contact from your side will help streamline this process.

Should you require expedited work or adjustments to the agreed schedule, these will incur additional charges at 50% above our standard hourly rate. If we receive no communication from you regarding the project for 30 consecutive days, we will consider the project canceled or terminated.

CREDITS

Unless requested otherwise, we reserve the right to include completed projects in our portfolio and claim authorship of the designs. If you publish or manufacture any work involving our designs, we require written consent before our name is used.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You affirm that you have the necessary permissions for any content you provide us, including copy, graphics, logos, and trademarks. It is your responsibility to secure these permissions, and you must indemnify Accretion Digital against any legal actions or claims arising from unauthorized use of such materials.

DIRECT MAIL LISTS

Our mailing lists are regularly updated and processed through the USPS National Change of Address system. However, some inaccuracies like unreported moves may lead to undeliverable mail. Expected undeliverable rates are between 3-5%. We recommend maintaining your list by removing addresses that return undelivered mail.

WARRANTIES

All projects are eligible for 3 hours of free revisions within 30 days of completion. You use our services at your own risk, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Accretion Digital harmless from any demands, losses, or claims related to our work.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds minus the costs of labor and any expenses already incurred in the project. We do not issue refunds for time spent on research, development, design, or administration. Deposits are non-refundable.

DATA PROTECTION

Accretion Digital treats all client data as confidential and will not reproduce, duplicate, or disclose it without authorization. We do not acquire any ownership or additional usage rights to your data.

DATA DESTRUCTION

Data provided by you will only be used for the agreed purposes. After project completion, upon your request, we will destroy or return any copies of your data.

GOVERNING LAWS

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

Results can vary based on your specific goals and market conditions. We set clear, measurable objectives for each campaign and provide detailed performance analytics to track success and ROI.

How long do I need to commit to your services?

We operate on a month-to-month basis, allowing for greater flexibility. Clients choose to continue with our services based on satisfaction and results, we don't use contracts. We recommend at least a 3-month engagement to see significant results.

Who owns the materials you create?

All materials we create for your campaigns are yours to keep. Ownership of content, designs, and other marketing materials is transferred to you upon project completion.

Do you sign NDAs?

We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if you require it. Protecting your proprietary information is paramount, and we take steps to ensure confidentiality in all dealings.

We are headquartered in Illinois, but our team operates 90% remotely, allowing us to currently serve clients across over 7 states in the United States and Canada. Our virtual model enables us to be accessible to future clients worldwide.
