Need a proposal?


You won’t get billed for hidden costs and will always be notified upfront. The price that we charge you for our services is stated in your proposal and/or invoice. You will pay us all the charges on or before their due dates. You can and may request additional services at any time after your Agreement has started.

If we agree to provide you with these services you will pay the additional charges they incur. We will charge you for any administration costs and/or loss of work that have occurred for any payment not being met for whatever reason. All payment is will be made in United States dollars and all prices are displayed exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

Final payment ensures that only the agreed final design / idea / concept becomes the client's property. Any previous designs / ideas / concepts remain the property of Accretion Digital LLC., unless a prior agreement was made.


Exact turnaround time will depend on your response time. Any time frames or estimates that we give are contingent upon your full co-operation. During development there is a certain amount of feedback required in order to progress to subsequent phases. It is required that a single point of contact be appointed from your side.

Any work required in advance of an agreed schedule or timetable, any shortening of the contract period, or additional fees and expenses incurred during a project due to Client delays or extensions shall be charged and paid for at an additional rate of 50% of our hourly rate.

No communication from you after 30 days will be considered a "cancelled" or "terminated" project.


We can add you to our portfolio unless you prefer otherwise. The Client agrees that we are entitled to claim authorship of the design, and will be permitted editorial credits on all published or manufactured work. The Client must obtain our consent in writing before our name is reproduced in any finished product or other published material by the Client.


You guarantee you have permission to use the digital files you send us. You must obtain all necessary permissions and authorities in respect of the use of all copy, graphic images, registered company logos, names and trade marks, or any other material that you supply to us. You must indemnify us from any claims or legal actions related to illegal use.


Lists are updated every 30 days, sometimes more often. All lists are run through a USPS system called the National Change of Address, which updates anyone who has filed with the post office as moving in the last 36 months. While this process cleans up the large majority of those who move, some people do not file their moves with the USPS and their information is not updated. When an address is not occupied at the time you mail to it, you may receive the mail piece back saying that it was not delivered due to a vacancy. Vacancies are usually a small percent of the list and we do not make any guarantees about vacancies since the information about which addresses are vacant is not available to us.

While we do everything we can to minimize the undeliverable addresses on your list, you should still expect to receive some undeliverable mail pieces as no list is 100% perfect. It is common to receive 3-5% undeliverable addresses on your list. This can be frustrating as it seems like wasted marketing expense, however it is just part of direct mail. You can give yourself peace of mind by knowing that for every piece you receive back, almost 100 pieces were delivered to qualified prospects. Save a copy of your list and remove addresses that you receive returned cards from. Send us an updated file before your next mailing.


All items created by us are eligible for 3 hours of free revisions for 30 days. You agree to use our services and facilities at your own risk and agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims. You agree that this indemnification extends to all aspects of the work completed by us.


We refund all money minus our labor costs and project purchases if requested. All services are rendered ensuring quality. If at any time in the service rendering process, you are not satisfied with the quality of work, you may bring it to our attention. No refunds will be given for hours spent on research, development, design and administration. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.


Because this data is valuable property and is of a highly confidential nature, Accretion Digital agrees not to disclose, transfer, duplicate, reproduce, or retain in any form or manner whatsoever all or any portion of the said data. Accretion Digital in no way acquires ownership or rights to further usage of this data.


The one time use of this data shall be limited solely and exclusively to the agreed upon offer. Accretion Digital agrees to return any copies of the data and to destroy any electronic copies of the data upon request.


This agreement and all terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
