Accretion Digital started in 2018 when our founder Romeo Pott began building simple websites. He quickly learned a hard lesson because a pretty website means nothing if no one visits it.
As clients asked for more help with search ranking and ads, we realized that doing all these things separately was a messy process that wasted money.
We started tracking exactly what worked and built a connected system to bring our clients real, paying customers instead of just empty clicks.
Today, we run a highly specialized agency with a strict interview process. We only hire true experts so you get the best possible execution for your business.

How long does a project take?
This depends on the size of your project. Most one-time small projects take 2-3 weeks and large projects can take 5-6 weeks.
Will I have to sign a contract?
We don't use contracts and you can cancel anytime. We outline exactly what's included with your purchase.
Can I switch to someone else later?
Yes, you will have access to everything we setup for you and free to let someone else take over anything we manage.
Can I pay you after you finish?
Since we are a no-contract company, we must charge upfront to protect our schedule and operating costs.
Where are you based?
We are an Illinois based company but we have clients in over 7 states. Our team is 90% remote so we are used to working with different time zones.
What if I don't like my designs?
We have a 95% success rate. But, if you do not like your design we will refund you and retain full ownership of all the work.
Do you guarantee your work?
We cover any small revisions that may be needed on a design. When it comes to marketing we don't guarantee you new customers; but we do guarantee more results than what you disclose in our discovery call.
What if I don't have any pictures/video?
We can find a photographer or video producer close to you to partner with us on your project. You can also find one on your own.
Can you sign an NDA for my project?
Yes, this is very common with startup companies. We know how important it is to not let the competition get ahead.
How will I know it's working?
We will send you reports that track your website, ads, and social media. This way you know what is truly paying off and make informed decisions.
Do you offer one-time services?
Yes we do, things like a logo or business card design is a one-time services. Some of our other services require monthly management.
